1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kox8 website at https://kox8.io and any associated mobile or desktop applications or services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by kox8 as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it is eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the local time zone applicable to Bangladesh.
• "Taka" or "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency used on the Platform for all transactions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the kox8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kox8 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming principles applicable to Bangladesh players.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal persons are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling or betting activities.
• You must not register more than one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance held at kox8's discretion pending investigation.

kox8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill — at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant to kox8 that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section. kox8 accepts no liability for losses arising from misrepresentation of eligibility.

3 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the kox8 Platform. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. kox8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kox8 customer support immediately at [email protected]. kox8 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

kox8 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is found to be a duplicate of an existing Account.
• kox8 has reason to believe that fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity has occurred.
• Required identity verification documents have not been provided.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting kox8 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

kox8 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. kox8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. kox8 processes approved withdrawal requests promptly; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the relevant payment method. Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

Withdrawal conditions: Funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once may also be subject to a standard processing review before withdrawal is approved.

• kox8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• kox8 may request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kox8 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all kox8 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to Wagering Requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• kox8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion in good faith will not be adversely affected by retrospective changes unless fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, exploiting promotion terms through matched betting with low-variance wagers, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to Account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

kox8 offers sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. kox8 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• kox8 may impose maximum stake limits on individual bets or markets at its sole discretion.
• In-play bets are subject to additional latency and data-feed conditions. kox8 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, kox8's sport-specific rules will determine how affected bets are settled. In the absence of a specific rule, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or in breach of these Terms, will be voided and the stake forfeited.
• kox8's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to any manifest error correction process.

Bangladesh Tigers cricket matches, BPL fixtures, and major T20 international tournaments are featured prominently on the Platform. kox8 makes every effort to provide comprehensive pre-match and in-play coverage for these events throughout the cricket calendar.

7 Casino Games

kox8 Casino offers a range of casino products including live dealer tables, slot games, and crash games. All casino games are provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and applicable limits are displayed within each game interface.

• All slot and crash game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). kox8 does not manipulate game outcomes and relies solely on the certified software provided by its game suppliers.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card deals, roulette wheel spins) conducted in certified studio environments operated by kox8's live casino providers.
• Technical malfunctions or disconnections during a game round do not guarantee a win. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the round may be voided and the stake returned at kox8's discretion.
• kox8 reserves the right to restrict access to specific casino games based on Player location, account status, or applicable legal requirements.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kox8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any interaction with kox8.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to placing bets on clearly mispriced markets.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with events on which kox8 offers betting markets.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live casino games.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that contravenes applicable financial crime regulations.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to kox8 except where kox8 has failed to fulfil its obligations under these Terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

kox8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting Players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. kox8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and actively encourages Players to gamble responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kox8 account holders directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment only and must never be used as a means of addressing financial difficulties. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kox8 Platform — including but not limited to the kox8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of kox8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from kox8.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use kox8's trade marks, logos, or brand assets in any manner likely to cause confusion or suggest an endorsement or affiliation not authorised by kox8.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kox8's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kox8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether kox8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kox8 shall not be liable for any disruption, delay, or failure of the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond kox8's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government action.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kox8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Privacy & Data

kox8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at kox8.io/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kox8 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. kox8 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kox8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kox8 will provide reasonable notice to existing Players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. English is the governing language of these Terms. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the kox8 Platform shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms. kox8 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and transparently. Players are encouraged to contact kox8 customer support in the first instance to seek resolution of any concern.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to kox8's operating territory. kox8 provides a formal complaints procedure — please contact [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" to initiate this process.
